An entrepreneur had been "stuck" in his
efforts to launch a new business. He sought coaching to help him
clarify goals, plan actions, and to pace him through achievement
of desired results. In our initial call we agreed on the coaching
process and schedule, and began our work. Before each regular coaching
call, he sent a brief summary of the week's "successes"
and "challenges", as well as other information useful
for our work together that week. Our coaching process continued
via weekly calls for the defined coaching period. At the end of
this time, we evaluated the progress he had made, and the actions
he would take to continue his progress. This process enabled the
client to make significant progress in establishing his business,
as well as to make solid progress in establishing important new
health habits he also desired.
